Job summary

20four7VA is seeking a remote Independent Contractor to provide data-heavy supply chain and operations support as a Virtual Assistant. You will manage Excel-based workflows, forecasting, and client reporting, while coordinating tasks in ClickUp, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

The role emphasizes analytical problem-solving, independent work, and a proactive approach. Contract hours: ~20/wk, EST-friendly, remote with global clients.

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience required.
• ClickUp or more advanced project management tool experience required.
• SharePoint and OneDrive experience strongly preferred.
• Supply chain, logistics, wholesale distribution, operations, or project support experience a plus.
• Forecasting and reporting experience preferred.
• Microsoft Copilot or similar AI tool experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, format, maintain, and improve Excel spreadsheets.
• Organize and analyze operational, order, pricing, and client data.
• Assist with forecasting and client reporting.
• Consolidate information into organized reports and trackers.
• Help improve spreadsheet workflows using Excel, Copilot, and other tools.
• Maintain tasks, projects, and follow-ups within ClickUp.
• Organize files in SharePoint and OneDrive; track deadlines.
• Assist with documentation and workflow organization.
