BoldAge PACE, part of AcuteCare Health System affiliates, seeks a Supervisor for Scheduling & Medical Records to lead centralized operations in Shared Services. You will supervise staff, optimize workflows, and ensure timely service delivery across centers, while maintaining staffing, quality, and compliance standards.

Overview of duties includes overseeing daily operations, KPI tracking, staff coaching, and escalation of complex issues.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of healthcare operations experience.
• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in PACE, managed care, ambulatory care, or regulated healthcare environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily Scheduling and Medical Records operations for assigned staff across centers.
• Monitor queues, workload, aging, backlogs, turnaround times, and service needs; adjust coverage as needed.
• Coordinate daily coverage for time off, vacancies, and surges; re-prioritize work as urgent needs arise.
• Escalate significant or recurring compliance, clinical, or cross-departmental concerns to the Manager.
• Lead onboarding and coaching discussions; support performance evaluations and development.
