Job summary

WelbeHealth is seeking a Supervisor, Scheduling to lead onsite appointment scheduling operations for our PACE program. You will oversee scheduling, troubleshoot escalations, and ensure quality data and compliance across the team.

Qualifications include 2+ years in healthcare scheduling or operations and supervisory experience, with EMR exposure. A Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration is preferred. The role features a comprehensive benefits package and a base plus bonus compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required; associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or operations management preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in healthcare scheduling or operations
• Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience with EMR and scheduling/communication platforms
• Experience leading in a data-driven organization using reports to manage people and projects

Responsibilities

• Provide operational oversight and ensure timely, accurate scheduling of participant appointments
• Troubleshoot complex scheduling issues and act as the point of contact for escalations
• Audit scheduling data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Participate in administrative and compliance tasks to meet policies and regulations
• Supervise Scheduling Specialists and Onsite Specialty Scheduler; coach and mentor the team
• Monitor team productivity, accuracy, and adherence to policies and standards
• Maintain professional, timely, and empathetic communication with participants and families
