Job summary

BoldAge PACE is seeking a Scheduler to coordinate and support participant services across care settings. You will manage referrals, authorizations, appointments, transportation, and related documentation, ensuring services align with care plans and regulatory standards.

In this role you will collaborate with providers, participants, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to enable timely service delivery, uphold HIPAA, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of experience in healthcare scheduling, referrals, authorizations, or related healthcare operations preferred.
• Experience with geriatric or frail elderly populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and process referrals, orders, authorizations, and requests for service.
• Coordinate and schedule participant appointments with external providers and service vendors.
• Communicate appointment details, schedule changes, cancellations, and updates to appropriate parties.
• Maintain accurate scheduling documentation and records.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and confidentiality.
