Job summary

Carrington Holding Company, LLC is seeking a Service Release and Acquisition Supervisor to oversee projects and relationships involved in transferring residential mortgage servicing rights. Remote work is allowed from home with a target pay range of $75,000.00/yr to $85,000.00/yr plus bonus.

Responsibilities include training, planning, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with contracts, policies, and regulations across the servicing transfers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years escrow and mortgage experience.
• Minimum 1 year of loan boarding and acquisition experience.
• Minimum 1 year of data analytics and data mapping experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise projects and relationships in transferring residential mortgage servicing rights.
• Coordinate activities as transferring servicer or receiving servicer.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and state/federal regulations.
• Monitor service transfer activities and boarding of loans into the servicing system.
• Communicate with clients, vendors and internal partners; support management with policy development.
