Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years leadership in a call center or customer service.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proven leadership, troubleshooting, time management.
• Experience leading remote employees.
• Shift flexibility for early/later shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for inbound and outbound patient access support team.
• Maintain development and training goals in a 100% remote setting.
• Create and maintain SOPs and work instructions, and metrics.
• Review program metrics and report results to leadership.
• Manage workflow to ensure efficient customer service operations.
• Test/approve program changes related to technology and business rules.
• Conduct regular coaching and development 1x1s with team members.
• Manage Workday tasks (timecards, approvals, PTO).
• Ensure compliance with laws and HIPAA.
• Collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain daily contact with client/3rd party partners.
• Other duties as assigned.
