Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Experience with voice-of-customer analytics, journey mapping, or digital experience measurement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze voice-of-customer data and customer journeys.
• Support website and digital experience assessments.
• Prepare presentations and reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leaders across marketing, product, and analytics teams.
• Assist with content optimization and SEO efforts.
• Contribute to data-driven recommendations for experience improvements.
