Job summary

Ryze Superfoods LLC is seeking a seasoned Retention Analytics professional to drive subscriber retention through data-driven programs. The role focuses on cohort reporting, churn analysis, and proactive interventions to maximize lifetime value.

Remote-first opportunity with a global team; the candidate will lead analytics initiatives and collaborate across Marketing, Product, and Analytics to optimize the subscription experience.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of reducing churn or improving retention and LTV in a subscription business.

Responsibilities

• Own subscriber retention analytics, cohort reporting, and translate patterns into program priorities.
• Conduct root-cause churn analysis across structured and free-text cancellation data.
• Maintain the subscriber journey map and identify intervention points through trial to long-term retention.
• Design, test, and optimize proactive save programs targeting at-risk subscribers.
• Design and optimize cancellation flows, deflection offers, and retention messaging.
• Own win-back strategy and execution for recently churned subscribers.
• Lead and develop the Retention Analyst and set analytical priorities.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Analytics on retention campaigns and features.
• Report retention program performance to the VP with cohort trends, ROI, churn impact, and win-back conversion rates.
• Run structured A/B tests to validate retention interventions.
• Stay current on DTC subscription retention benchmarks and analytics practices.
• Additional duties as assigned by management
