Job summary

REVOLVE is seeking aRetention Marketing Specialist to drive data-driven retention strategies across email, mobile push, and loyalty programs. The role requires analytical thinking, strong SQL skills, and the ability to synthesize business intelligence into actionable campaigns.

The successful candidate will manage segmentation, lifecycle messaging, and automated reports while collaborating with marketing, engineering, and merchandising teams to maximize repeat purchases and customer value.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 1+ years of analytical experience preferred.
• Strong SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics and Python familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis to support email, mobile push messaging, SMS, Loyalty Club and other retention channels.
• Write queries and scripts to personalize content in emails and push messages.
• Define, implement, and automate weekly and monthly reports of key metrics and A/B test results.
• Develop data-driven retention campaigns to maximize ROI and customer lifetime value.
