Job summary

Contara is seeking a Retention Strategist for a remote role focused on optimizing customer retention for subscription CPG brands. You will manage client relationships, understand customer lifecycles, and use data to recommend strategies that enhance customer lifetime value.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience with Klaviyo and a strong interest in subscription products. You'll work closely with clients and a team, leveraging your strategic mindset and drive to help brands thrive in the competitive landscape.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo.
• Subscription or consumable product experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with A/B testing and lifecycle optimization programs.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and act as the primary contact for retention.
• Make data-driven recommendations to increase customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Build and optimize email/SMS flows, automations, and campaigns in Klaviyo.
