Job summary

Venbrook seeks a Subrogation Specialist to identify and pursue subrogation opportunities across auto, public entity, and fixed property matters. You will manage ~200 files from referral through resolution, applying laws and contracts to maximize recoveries.

A Paralegal Certificate and 3–5 years subrogation experience are required, with strong negotiation and analytical skills. The role is hands-on, remote, and collaborative, working with claims, clients, and partners to protect recovery rights

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate required with strong reading of contracts and legal docs.
• 3–5 years in subrogation recovery focusing on auto, public entity, or property cases.
• Carl Warren & Company subrogation experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of auto, public entity, and property subrogation files from referral to resolution.
• Investigate losses, gather reports, documents, and contract details for recovery opportunities.
• Negotiate recoveries with carriers and responsible third parties within authority.
• Support arbitration, litigation, and outside counsel when needed.
• Educate clients on recovery options and maintain case documentation and reporting.
