Job summary

Venbrook Group, LLC is seeking a Subrogation Specialist to identify, protect, and pursue subrogation rights for clients within the Carl Warren & Company program. You will independently manage about 200 files across auto, public entity, and property matters, applying laws and tort remedies to maximize recoveries.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of subrogation experience and a Paralegal Certificate; legal experience is highly preferred. Remote-friendly role with a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate from a state-credentialed program.
• 3 to 5 years of subrogation recovery experience.
• Carl Warren & Company Subrogation experience preferred.
• Knowledge of subrogation laws, liens, and contract rights.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of ~200 auto, public entity, and property files from referral to resolution.
• Negotiate recoveries with carriers and self-insured parties.
• Prepare and file subrogation demand packages and pursue timely recovery.
• Support litigation when warranted and coordinate with external counsel.
• Maintain accurate case files and data in the claims system.
