Venbrook is seeking a Subrogation Specialist to identify, protect, and pursue subrogation and recovery rights for our clients. This role supports the Carl Warren & Company (CWC) Subrogation program and independently manages a caseload of approximately 200 files across auto subrogation (insured and uninsured), public entity, and fixed property matters. The Specialist applies knowledge of laws, statutes, and tort remedies to recover property damage funds from responsible third parties, handling each file from referral through resolution. The role is hands‑on and detail‑driven. The Specialist will work closely with claims professionals, clients, carriers, and recovery partners to find recovery opportunities early, document files thoroughly, and maximize net recoveries.
The right candidate brings 3 to 5 years of subrogation recovery experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and a sound understanding of the legal principles behind recovery work. A Paralegal Certificate is required, and legal experience, such as work as a paralegal, litigation support professional, or attorney, is highly preferred.

Legal and regulatory knowledge: Knows the filing statutes in each casefile jurisdiction and applies laws, rules, and statutes to fact situations to support recovery demands.
Attention to detail: Keeps accurate, complete case files, correspondence, legal documents, and payment records.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000-$95,000. Actual compensation will depend on factors including location, relevant experience, and qualifications.
