Agile Defense, Inc. is hiring a Contracts Manager to provide end-to-end contracts management for Federal Government Prime Contracts and Subcontracts. You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Security, and Pricing to ensure compliance and effective processes.

The role requires negotiating complex terms, guiding internal teams, and maintaining strong relationships with Contracting Officers. Remote-friendly with federal contract focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Contracts Management, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in contracts or legal profession.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface with Contracting Officers and prime partners to drive contract compliance.
• Negotiate and interpret contractual terms to secure favorable outcomes for the company.
• Ensure contract performance aligns with legal requirements, customer specifications, and regulations.
• Monitor contract funding with Finance/Operations and notify Governo m and prime contractors of funding limits.
• Mitigate risk related to funding shortfalls through ATP and funding requests.
• Document key contract data and develop briefs and records for requests for information.
