Job summary

SAIC is seeking a Closeout Specialist for the Business Management closeout team. The role focuses on closing subcontract agreements and related activities, with a strong emphasis on closeout tasks. This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities include closing subcontracts and primes, reviewing subcontract invoices, and coordinating with internal departments and external customers. Candidates should be detail-oriented, capable of independent work, and proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel

Qualifications

High school diploma plus 2+ years of related experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Complete closeout of subcontracts issued by SAIC as assigned.
Complete closeout of prime contracts issued by SAIC as assigned.
Review and process subcontract invoices.
Interface with various functional areas inside SAIC.
Interface with various customers outside SAIC.
Track closeout statistics to meet department goals and deadlines.
Manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Close-out submission of invoices and other duties as required by the department.
