Spear Education, LLC in the Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area is seeking a Study Club Consultant to grow our Study Club community by identifying prospective members, connecting them with opportunities, and helping new clubs get off to a strong start. This relationship-driven, growth-focused role emphasizes proactive outreach, thoughtful follow-up, and driving membership growth.

Base salary is $60,000–$80,000 with commission and an on-target earnings around $100,000, with hybrid work from

• Experience building relationships and influencing decisions in a professional setting.
• Proactive outreach, prospecting, and making calls.
• Strong consultative selling and discovery skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow Study Club membership through outreach, events, referrals, and existing relationships.
• Build relationships with dental professionals and understand their goals.
• Communicate the value of Spear Study Clubs and help prospects find the right fit.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to move prospects to membership.
• Partner with Study Club Advisors to meet monthly membership and revenue goals.
• Help launch new Study Clubs and support leaders through rollout.
