Job summary

Markstein is seeking a Creative Services Manager to lead traffic, project and vendor management across design, copy, earned media, digital marketing and websites. You will coordinate with account leads, clients and partners, turning requests into clear plans, schedules and finished work while performing hands-on edits when needed.

You’ll work with Monday.com and SharePoint, manage freelancers and bid processes, and ensure timely delivery with strong written and verbal communication throughout

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in creative operations, traffic or project management.
• Ability to manage many concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Experience across design, copy, PR/earned media, digital marketing and website workflows.
• Experience managing vendors and freelancers, including bids and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake and turn requests into clear tasks with scope, deliverables and deadlines.
• Assign work across design, copy, earned media, digital marketing and websites by capacity and priority.
• Run weekly traffic meetings and maintain a current view of production.
• Route work through reviews, client approvals and final proofing.
• Onboard and manage freelancers, printers and partners; negotiate bids.
• Make quick edits and prepare files in Adobe Creative Suite; maintain asset libraries.
