Job summary

Markage is seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to join a fully remote U.S. team. You will own a portfolio of high-value Studio Access clients, protect and grow relationships, and ensure retention through clear communication and excellent service.

You will also support the broader Client Success team, manage escalations, mentor colleagues, and collaborate with Studio Managers to maintain strong client health and identify expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client success, account management, or client relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage important client relationships independently.
• Experience handling escalations or complex client situations.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Holds a Dex Management Group Manager Certification (DEX-MGM) or higher.

You will own a portfolio of higher-value or more complex Studio Access client relationships. Your primary responsibility is to protect and grow these accounts by ensuring strong satisfaction, clear communication, and long-term retention.

In addition to managing your own clients, you will support the broader Client Success team by helping with escalations, sharing best practices, and maintaining a high standard of client experience across the portfolio.

You will work closely with Studio Managers on delivery and with leadership on account health and expansion opportunities. This is a senior individual contributor role that requires strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to manage important client relationships independently.

• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Holds a valid Dex Management Group Manager Certification (DEX-MGM) or higher Management-level Dex credential in the Sales & Customer Success domain.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing higher-value or enterprise-level client accounts.
• Experience in a marketing, creative, or professional services environment.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other client-facing team members.
• Strong commercial awareness and expansion experience.
