Job summary

TEKsystems Global Services seeks a Studio Operations Manager I to execute on operational strategies that support the delivery of impactful work and efficient execution of scaled engagements.

This role is responsible for refining operational methods, identifying process gaps, supporting continuous improvement, maintaining documentation and databases, and training teams to foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance environment that meets client and organizational needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations, delivery management, or related field.
• Familiarity with operational tools, processes, and workflows.
• Experience managing day-to-day operations for clients or teams, including risk assessment, scenario planning, and issue resolution.
• Analytical, with the ability to assess workflows, tools, and metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Knowledge of project management and resourcing tools.
• Experience in creating, maintaining, and optimizing documentation and databases.
• Experience supporting the onboarding and training of team members.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Passionate about professional growth and team collaboration.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute on operational processes, tools, and workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Anticipate risks and challenges and create mitigation strategies alongside senior leadership.
• Maintain documentation, databases, and centralized repositories.
• Perform risk assessments and scenario planning to shifts in scope or timelines.
• Provide operational support to clients and internal teams, troubleshooting issues and removing roadblocks.
• Analyze current workflows, tools, and documentation, and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support the implementation of best practices, SOPs, and tools to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Track and analyze internal success metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine existing processes and reduce bottlenecks.
• Act as a point of contact for operational queries, providing support and updates.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment and timely delivery of operational objectives.
• Partner with internal teams on the creation of training materials and documentation.
• Support in the training and onboarding of new team members.
• Foster a communicative, collaborative, and transparent team environment.
• Help promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
