ACCEL Schools' Mountain Community Online School is seeking a Success Coach to be the steady point of contact for students and families. You will support onboarding, monitor attendance, coordinate timely interventions, and guide students through courses and Climb Higher Projects.

The role requires strong communication, high-volume relationship management, and reliable home internet; occasional travel for events may be needed, and you will report to the MCOS School Director in a fully remote

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to build trust with students and families.
• Capable of managing a high volume of concurrent student relationships with organization.

Mansioni

• Guide onboarding for new and returning students and families, including tech access and schedules.
• Maintain regular contact with students and families, resolving barriers and connecting with staff as needed.
• Conduct check-ins, track goals, progress, and concerns; provide interpretration/translation support as needed.
• Review platform activity daily, identify disengagement, and perform timely outreach.
• Record interventions and progress, and escalate persistent concerns to leadership.
• Support quarterly Climb Higher Project cycles and help with showcase logistics and family communications.
• Facilitate community events and enrichment activities to build belonging in a remote school.
