Job summary

Crosslake Community School Online Program is seeking a dedicated Online Learning Coach at 0.4 FTE (16 hours/week). The role focuses on fostering relationships, promoting consistent engagement, and monitoring academic progress in a fully online environment to help students stay on track.

Responsibilities include MTSS participation, onboarding students, data-driven interventions, coordinating with families and staff, and supporting a mission of environmental education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or related field required.
• Valid Minnesota teaching license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching/advising experience with youth.
• Proficient with Google Workspace, LMS, and online instruction tools.

Responsibilities

• Participate in online MTSS process and weekly meetings.
• Onboard new students and families with policies and platforms.
• Monitor progress and attendance weekly using data systems.
• Provide personalized support to promote engagement and success.
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and admins.
