Responsibilities

• Engage online students via email, phone, and web conferencing.
• Provide general academic advising for online majors, including degree planning and course selection.
• Explain complex policies and procedures with excellent customer service.
• Refer students to campus resources as needed.
• Maintain detailed student records with FERPA compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to advocate for solutions for students.
