Job summary

OU Education Services is seeking a Student Success Coach to mentor online students and keep them engaged and on track toward graduation. The role emphasizes proactive communication via phone, text, and email, plus guiding students through registration and program requirements.

Ideal candidates bring 0–2 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce. A collaborative, growth‑minded environment awaits in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 0-2 years professional work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of OU Online programs and academic colleges.
• Serve as primary contact for online students during their academic program.
• Establish relationships via phone, text and email to manage student communication.
• Become a subject matter expert in assigned programs and policies.
• Understand course registration and mapping processes.
• Monitor program progress and provide guidance accordingly.
• Coordinate with Team Lead and Student Success Manager to prioritize tasks.
