Job summary

Post University is seeking a Student Success Advisor Career & Programmatic (Remote) to support online and regional site students from onboarding to graduation. This role builds trusted, supportive relationships with adult learners, coaching them to overcome barriers and reach academic and career goals.

The position offers remote work with required home internet, a dedicated workspace, and regular communication by phone and email to keep students engaged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Excellent email communication with clear writing ability.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Committed to student success and timely responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop and maintain a positive relationship with students and ensure a consistent student service resource.
• Communicate directly and often with assigned students to keep them connected and engaged in their first term.
• Leverage university technologies to manage student relationships.
• Communicate positively with students by phone and email; respond promptly.
• Advocate student needs across departments and manage your student caseload.
• Track progress toward graduation and report metrics to management.
