Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in Business, Education, Psychology or Communications.
• Minimum 3 years of counseling/advising, student support or sales/customer service experience.
• Experience with CRM tools and managing a large student/customer base.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to de-escalate issues and advise students.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, enroll, and guide undergraduate and graduate students from outreach through graduation.
• Advise on career interests and program selection to align with goals.
• Manage onboarding and provide financial guidance from enrollment to graduation.
• Utilize technology platforms for student management and engagement.
