Job summary

Kaplan, Inc. is seeking a Student Success Manager (Health Science) to recruit, enroll, and support a diverse student cohort across undergraduate and graduate programs.

You will advise students from first contact through graduation, align programs with career goals, and collaborate with admissions and faculty to ensure compliance and positive outcomes. This role is remote/nationwide with a 9-6 EST schedule and occasional Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; focus in Business, Education, Healthcare, Psychology, or Communications.
• 3+ years in counseling/advising, customer service, or sales concierge, managing many students.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and student management systems; strong tech skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, enroll and guide students through undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Advise on career and program interests to align with goals.
• Manage onboarding and provide financial guidance from enrollment to graduation.
• Offer personalized student support and registration assistance.
• Collaborate with admissions, faculty and operations and ensure compliance.
• Utilize technology platforms for student management and engagement.
