Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• Minimum of three years of related experience in banking, accounts receivable, finance, or a similar area.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, and apply systems, policies, and procedures for student accounts receivable and related regulations.
• Perform daily reconciliations and ensure accurate general ledger interfaces with the student information system.
• Develop and maintain tuition/fee assessment rules across the university.
• Understand and integrate the university SIS and State accounting systems with related modules.
• Review and manage student refunds, research discrepancies, and ensure proper approvals.
• Produce monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue reports for financial statements and audits.
