Job summary

West Virginia University is seeking a Remote Program Coordinator within the Department of Enrollment Management. The role focuses on monitoring and reconciling student revenue through the General Ledger, and ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; related fields accepted
• Minimum of three (3) years of related experience in banking, accounts receivable, finance, or similar
• Equivalency options will be considered for education/experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, and apply systems, policy, and procedures for student accounts receivable, loans, disbursements, and cash management
• Daily processing and reconciliation related to student system nightly cycle and accounting interface to the general ledger
• Develop and maintain fee assessment rules and understand tuition/fee assessment processes
• Analyze and reconcile student revenue and related items; manage refunds within SIS and related systems
• Assist in year-end close entries and provide reports for financial statements and audits
• Ensure confidentiality and security of information; adhere to university policies
