Job summary

SYSTEM West Virginia University Health System is looking for a Senior Reimbursement Analyst – Net Revenue PB to perform complex net revenue analysis and reimbursement activities for assigned hospitals and payers.

The role supports month-end close, annual budget preparation, and journal-entry reconciliation, acting as a subject matter expert for revenue cycle analytics across the system.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance required.
• Four years of finance or accounting experience.
• CPA certification and/or a Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced analytical and technical support for net revenue reimbursement activities.
• Serve as a senior technical resource on net revenue methodologies and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and resolve net revenue issues.
• Lead or contribute to process-improvement initiatives and system implementations.
• Prepare annual net revenue budget models and explain significant variances.
