Central Research, Inc. (CRI) is seeking a remote Customer Service Representative to assist student loan borrowers by phone in a high-volume contact center. The role is fully remote and CRI provides equipment, with a quiet home workspace required.

The candidate should be a US citizen with a High School diploma/GED, 6+ months in customer service, and 6+ months of computer experience. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and OneNote is needed, plus the ability to obtain a Federal Public Trust (5c)

• 6+ months of computer experience in a business setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust (5c) security clearance
