Job summary

CIEE is seeking a Seasonal Student Enrollment Coordinator (HSSA- Temporary) to own the applicant journey from first interest to confirmed participation in our Global Navigator programs for high school students.

In a remote U.S. environment, you will perform high-volume outreach, manage data in Salesforce, audit health forms, coordinate webinars, and guide families through scholarships and the application process with clear, proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• At least two years in customer service or sales.
• Ability to navigate challenging conversations.
• International travel or study abroad experience is a plus.
• Experience working with diverse high school students is a plus.
• Additional language skills beyond English is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to tailor your communication to different audiences.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead sheet transcription into Salesforce CRM.
• Conduct high-volume outreach to leads via phone, text, and email; inspire leads to apply.
• Follow a structured sales outreach process to engage leads via phone, text, and email.
• Handle a high daily call volume, 30-60 calls per day.
• Application audits: track student readiness for program departures and pre-departure materials.
• Health Calls & Health Audits: ensure health information is complete and up to date.
• Convey the value and outcomes of study abroad to leads and families.
• Motivate and coach participants and families through scholarship and application processes.
• Provide professional customer service to students and parents through the entire application process.
• Assist with virtual webinars for students and parents.
• Ensure financial accounts for participants are accurate and paid in full, and follow up on discrepancies.
• Use Salesforce reports to manage applicant pipeline and reach sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of communication with customers in Salesforce.
