Job summary

CIEE is seeking a Student Enrollment Coordinator to grow high school study abroad enrollments from NYC area families. You will own the applicant journey from inquiry through participation, using proactive outreach and strong relationship building with students and parents.

Based in NYC or surrounding areas, you will conduct webinars, present at high schools, and travel domestically as needed while using Salesforce to manage pipelines and ensure accurate, timely communications throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• At least two years of customer service or sales experience.
• Ability to navigate challenging conversations.
• Willingness to travel domestically to schools and events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Grow student enrollment in CIEE’s programs through sales outreach and relationship building.
• Guide applicants from inquiry to participation, coordinating with families.
• Convey value of study abroad to students and guardians; host webinars.
• Travel within NYC area for presentations and admissions events.
• Use Salesforce to manage applicant pipeline and record communications.
