Job summary

CIEE Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Student Enrollment Coordinator, HSSA- Temporary, to manage the applicant journey for high school study abroad programs from interest to participation.

This remote US role reports to the Conversion Coach & Pipeline Manager within the Global Navigator Programs. You'll handle lead outreach, CRM transcription in Salesforce, health and eligibility checks, and customer service for students and families, with a schedule spanning up to 40 hours weekly and US-friendly

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• A minimum of two years of customer service or sales experience.
• The ability to navigate challenging conversations.
• International travel or study abroad experience is a plus.
• Experience working with diverse high school students is a plus.
• Additional language skills beyond English is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to tailor your communication.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead sheet transcription: transcribe paper lead sheets into Salesforce CRM.
• Conduct a high volume of outreach to leads via phone, text, and email; inspire leads to open applications.
• Follow a structured sales outreach process to engage with leads via phone, text, and email outreach.
• Ability to work through a high daily call volume, 30-60 calls per day.
• Application Audits: Track student readiness for program departures and pre-departure materials.
• Health Calls & Health Audits: Ensure student health information is complete and up to date.
• Convey the value and outcomes of study abroad to leads and guardians.
• Motivate and coach participants and families through scholarship and application processes.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the application process, including pre-departure prep.
• Assist with virtual webinars for students and parents.
• Ensure financial accounts are accurate and payments are complete.
• Use Salesforce reports to manage the applicant pipeline and reach sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records of communications in Salesforce.
• Other duties as assigned.
