Job summary

Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) seeks a Seasonal Student Enrollment Coordinator for the Global Navigator Programs. This US remote, full-time hourly role handles the applicant journey from inquiry to participation, using Salesforce CRM to manage communications with students and families.

You will conduct high-volume outreach, audit readiness, and support webinars, helping students find the best study-abroad options while guided by a Conversion Coach & Pipeline Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service or sales experience.
• Ability to navigate challenging conversations and engage diverse high school students.

Responsibilities

• Lead sheet transcription into Salesforce CRM.
• Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email to convert leads.
• Follow a structured outreach process to engage leads and applicants.
• Manage daily call volume (30–60 calls).
• Audit readiness for program departures and pre-departure materials.
• Ensure health information is complete and up to date.
• Present the value of study abroad to students and guardians.
• Coach participants through scholarship and application processes.
• Provide timely customer service throughout the application process.
