Job summary

CIEE is seeking a Seasonal Student Enrollment Coordinator to manage the applicant journey from interest to enrollment for high school study abroad programs. You will conduct high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email, guiding students and families with care and accuracy.

The role requires building trust with teens and families, handling health documentation, and coordinating with teams to ensure smooth pre-departure processes across programs like High School Summer Abroad and Semester

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• A minimum of two years of customer service or sales experience.
• The ability to navigate challenging conversations.
• International travel or study abroad experience is a plus.
• Experience working with diverse high school students is a plus.
• Additional language skills beyond English are a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead outreach to leads via phone, text, and email to inspire open applications.
• Transcribe leads into Salesforce CRM and manage the applicant pipeline.
• Audit readiness: health forms, passports, and pre-departure materials.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the application process.
• Support virtual webinars for students and parents.
