Qualifikationen

• 7 to 10+ years in business strategy/management consulting.
• Bachelor’s Degree; graduate degree is a plus.
• Proven track record managing small teams and complex workstreams.
• Location within the Pacific time zone; fully remote with occasional travel.

• Lead small teams to complete client engagements by overseeing and conducting primary and secondary research and data analysis.
• Create structured syntheses and models based on frameworks; customize for clients.
• Develop clear client presentations and communicate actionable recommendations to executives.
• Provide guidance and structure to Metis Strategy team members in complex, ambiguous contexts.
• Lead by example and identify professional development opportunities for team members.
