Metis Strategy, a management and technology–driven consulting firm, is seeking a Manager to lead small teams, analyze client capabilities, and develop roadmaps with senior executives.

You will synthesize findings, present clear recommendations, and mentor colleagues while helping grow the firm’s footprint across the US. The role is fully remote with periodic in-person meetings and travel.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of relevant work experience in professional services or management consulting
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, tech, or related fields; graduate degree a plus
• Proven ability to lead small teams and manage complex workstreams
• Eligible to work in the U.S.; Pacific Time Zone; remote work with occasional travel to clients
