Job summary

Metis Strategy, a management and strategy consulting firm, is seeking an Associate in the San Francisco Bay Area to join our growing team. You will help analyze client organizations, develop roadmaps, and partner with executives to implement strategic initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 2–6 years of post-undergraduate experience in professional services, a Bachelor’s degree with a 3.5+ GPA, strong data analysis, and the ability to work with C-level clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or related fields.
• Minimum GPA 3.5.
• 2–6 years post-undergraduate experience in professional services strategy/management consulting.
• Strong analytical skills to manage and synthesize large data.
• Experience working with C-level clients.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
• Experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
