Metis Strategy, LLC is seeking a Manager to lead client engagements across the Bay Area and beyond, blending business strategy with technology insights. You will guide small teams, construct roadmaps, and present concise recommendations to executives to drive strategic outcomes.

In this role you will contribute to growth, mentor teammates, and help advance intellectual capital while maintaining a client-first, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10+ years of relevant work experience in a professional services role, preferably in business strategy/management consulting
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, finance, technology, or related field; graduate degree a plus
• Proven ability to lead small teams and manage complex workstreams in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

• Lead small teams to complete client engagements, overseeing research and data analysis
• Develop structured syntheses and models, tailoring frameworks to client needs
• Create clear client presentations with actionable recommendations for executives
• Provide guidance to team members and stakeholders in complex, dynamic contexts
• Grow the firm’s intellectual capital through research, white papers, and internal tooling
