Job summary
Metis Strategy is seeking an Associate in Strategy and Technology Management to analyze client capabilities, identify improvement opportunities, and partner with clients to design and implement roadmaps toward strategic outcomes. You will apply frameworks like STAR, World Class IT, and Digital Maturity Assessment to develop impactful recommendations for Fortune 500 and Global 1000 clients.
The role supports fully remote work with occasional travel; candidates in the Western time zone are
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, technology, or related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
- 2–6 years of post-undergraduate experience in a professional services strategy/management consulting environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and synthesize large amounts of data.
- Business and technology acumen with examples of solving complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client organizations’ current capabilities, evaluate improvement opportunities, and co-create roadmaps to desired states.
- Utilize STAR, World Class IT, and Digital Maturity Assessment frameworks to develop actionable recommendations.
