Job summary

Metis Strategy in the San Francisco Bay Area seeks an Associate to help clients solve strategic management problems by analyzing capabilities, evaluating opportunities, and developing roadmaps. You will work with senior consultants, apply frameworks, conduct primary and secondary research, synthesize data, and present actionable recommendations to Fortune 500 clients.

Remote work with quarterly travel to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of post-undergraduate experience in professional services strategy and management consulting
• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, technology, or related fields with a minimum GPA of 3.5
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and synthesize large amounts of data
• Business and technology acumen with concrete examples of solving complex business problems

Responsibilities

• Analyze organizations' current capabilities, evaluate opportunities for improvement, and partner with clients to develop a roadmap to achieve future state vision
• Use analytical frameworks and methodologies, conduct primary & secondary research, and synthesize data to develop recommendations for clients
