Job summary

Metis Strategy is seeking a Manager to lead data-driven engagements for large enterprises, shaping AI-enabled strategies and governance models. You will drive diagnostics, ROI analyses, and roadmaps, collaborating with clients to turn insights into action while building scalable operating models and repeatable playbooks.

The role emphasizes leadership, client impact, and cross-functional collaboration, with remote work and quarterly in-person offsites in the Pacific time zone.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of relevant work experience in a professional services or consulting environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business field.
• Proven track record managing small teams and complex workstreams with tight timelines.
• Located within the Pacific time zone; fully remote with quarterly in-person team offsites.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams through client engagements delivering data-driven and AI-enabled strategies for large enterprises.
• Assess client data and AI maturity using diagnostic frameworks across people, process, technology, data, and culture.
• Identify and prioritize AI/analytics use cases with business case analysis of impact, feasibility, and ROI.
• Develop AI operating models, governance, and change management plans for scalable adoption.
• Prototype and pilot AI/ML solutions, define success criteria, and measure business outcomes.
• Prepare strategy documents, roadmaps, business cases, and executive presentations.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to accelerate client adoption.
• Build reusable playbooks and capability development for internal and client teams.
• Evaluate data platforms and architectures to enable trusted, compliant AI solutions.
