Job summary

Metis Strategy is seeking a Manager to lead teams delivering data-driven and AI-enabled strategies for large enterprises across the Pacific time zone. You will collaborate with clients and teammates to unlock growth, efficiency, and measurable impact through analytics and governance.

The role emphasizes building AI operating models, change management, and scalable data platforms while shaping strategy documents and executive presentations.

Qualifications

• Experience: 7 to 10+ years in a professional services role, ideally in business strategy/management consulting
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative, technical, or business field
• People Management: Proven track record of managing small teams and complex workstreams in fast-paced environments with aggressive timelines
• Location: Located within the Pacific time zone; fully remote with occasional travel to client offices and quarterly in-person offsites

Responsibilities

• Lead teams through client engagements delivering data-driven and AI-enabled strategies for large enterprises
• Collaborate with teammates and client stakeholders to unlock growth, operational efficiency, and measurable impact through analytics, governance, and technology transformation
• Develop AI operating models, governance structures, and change management plans enabling responsible AI adoption
• Prototype and pilot AI/ML solutions, establish success criteria, measure outcomes, and refine solutions based on feedback
• Prepare strategy documents, roadmaps, business cases, and executive presentations for senior leaders
• Conduct market research, maturity benchmarking, and competitive analysis to accelerate client adoption of best practices
• Build internal and client capabilities with repeatable processes and reusable playbooks
