Job summary

Imagen Technologies is a remote-first company hiring a Strategy & Business Operations Associate to tackle high-stakes operational challenges. You will own end-to-end initiatives across onboarding, scheduling, and provider operations, building AI-enabled workflows and evaluating vendor strategies to scale the operating model.

You will collaborate with leaders across Recruiting, Clinical & Provider Services, Product & Engineering, and Commercial to drive cross-functional impact and deliver

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or Strategy & Operations at a high-growth tech startup.
• Process and automation orientation with AI tools.
• Highly organized with multiple work streams across functions.
• Proactive and self-motivated to solve problems; comfortable with ambiguity.
• Strong quantitative and verbal skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communicator who explains processes, logic, and decisions.
• No job is too big or too small to support business needs.
• Ideally healthcare experience, though not required.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational initiatives across onboarding, scheduling, and provider operations.
• Architect workflow automations and AI-assisted processes.
• Evaluate vendor stacks and lead RFPs and procurement activities.
• Act as connective tissue between Operations and Product/Engineering to operationalize features.
• Prepare executive memos and analyses to drive leadership alignment on decisions.
• Lead cross-functional, strategic initiatives across the organization.
