Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in high-caliber business environments.
• Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare landscape and outcomes translation.
• Strong quantitative thinking and ability to analyze complex problems.
• Experience with large data sets and advanced analytics (Excel modeling).
• Experience leveraging LLMs to accelerate analysis and automate workflows.
• Ability to independently manage multiple work streams in a fast pace.
• Enthusiasm, curiosity, and ownership mentality.
• Experience with FFS and capitated claims data preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategy and analytics projects to support Imagen growth.
• Provide leadership with clear, actionable insights on demand trends.
