dfwHR seeks a Remote Strategic Operations Lead to bridge engineering and operations, turning floor-level bottlenecks into automated solutions. You will own the AI roadmap, work with billers and coders to prioritize high-impact improvements, and ensure adoption across the floor with training and change management.

You will collaborate closely with the COO and VP of Operations, driving a data-led approach and rapid, iterative development in a fast-moving healthcare technology environment.

Competenze

• 4+ years in strategy consulting, or high-velocity strategy roles with operational focus.
• Ability to break down complex problems into clear, measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with operators, engineers and senior leadership.
• SaaS product mindset with focus on AI or automation transformation.
