Qualifications

• Experience leading at least two workforce transformations from start to finish with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and shape workforce transformation opportunities across technology domains.
• Lead client discovery sessions and develop proposals and executive presentations.
• Conduct workforce diagnostics linking business strategy to talent demand.
