Remote, full-time role guiding the implementation of our workforce platform and services. You will translate visions into actionable technical flows, ensure successful configurations, and support boards in mastering the tools to deliver outcomes for job

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in workforce development.
• Experience collaborating with state/local workforce boards.
• Fluency in workforce and technology with deep knowledge of WIOA, TANF, SNAP.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with state leaders and local workforce boards to perform deep-dive process autopsies and identify bottlenecks.
• Translate customers' needs into configured tools and guide tool implementations.
• Convert high-level workforce directives into clear technical process flows inside Career Edge.
• Guide boards to master tools and transform lives, turning the platform into a community asset.
