Ladders is seeking a Sr Services Executive to drive professional services opportunities enabling business transformation for enterprise clients across diversified industries. You will act as a trusted advisor on deployment approaches, discovery, and change readiness while partnering with customer stakeholders and global systems integrators.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $143,000 – $214,600 annually.

Qualifications

5+ years of sales experience in professional services or consulting.
3+ years of managing a sales quota.
3+ years identifying opportunities within accounts.
3+ years partnering with customer stakeholders during sales cycles.
Experience selling professional services or consulting offerings.

Responsibilities

Drive deployment methodology for business transformation.
Showcase how company solutions address business challenges.
Conduct discovery sessions focused on outcomes and change readiness.
Cultivate relationships with global systems integrators to align deployment strategies.
Lead and negotiate professional services agreements and statements of work.
Maintain accurate prospect and service forecast data.
Build long-term relationships through presentation and problem-solving.
