Qualifications

• 10-15+ years leading large-scale transformations in corporate settings.
• Expertise in Lean, Hoshin Kanri planning, and agile project management.
• Proven ability to manage productivity programs in corporate environments.
• Strong communication to influence executives without direct authority.
• Technical fluency in AI-first operating models and automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise Hoshin Kanri system and cascade objectives into actionable targets
• Charter and lead cross-functional project teams, facilitating key events and working sessions
• Establish KPIs to sustain productivity results after project completion
• Drive a unified enterprise approach to prevent localized optimization
• Run the Transformation Office to expand sustainable productivity initiatives across functions
• Shift the organization to a by-value-stream operating model for broader impact
• Lead AI-first process redesign to achieve significant efficiency gains
